Between Cala Gran and Cala Esmeralda: Where white, cube-shaped villas on the edge of Cala d'Or face the sea and fan palms sway in the wind, Mallorca's golden coast exudes a little Ibiza charm. Families are also well catered for in the quiet side street of this well-kept villa complex with car park. Villa Genin extends over three levels with terraces and balconies facing the sun, but shields the garden and pool from the view of the neighbours with a hedge. Here you can always put your tables and loungers in the best light, covered alcoves are ideal for breaks in the shade and for the quieter hours of the day. The best view can be enjoyed from the roof. Not too far away, one of the turquoise-coloured bays that make the south-east coast of the island so attractive glistens in the sun.
Absolutely beach-ready with tiled floors and plenty of space! The Cala d'Or Villa impresses with its well thought-out layout, which is ideal for two families. Baby sets are available - just ask! Two cosy double bedrooms with separate bathrooms and en-suite bathrooms (three showers, one shower tray) share one room. On the ground floor, to the left of the entrance, there is a bed for up to four guests. The others can spread out over the entire first floor with its own TV room and balcony with sea views. You can sit together by the fireplace or eat at the long dining table, the living room is divided by elegant arches of light and there is another seating area under the stairs. The white, well-equipped fitted kitchen is happy to join in, but can also close the door at any time when the cooker and dishwasher are in use.
The popular holiday resort and a wide range of leisure activities are included in your booking! The upmarket marina of Cala d'Or with its boutiques, cafés and restaurants is only 3 km away from Villa Genin. After a day at the beach or a trip to Portocolom and Santanyí, you can enjoy an evening stroll. There is definitely no shortage of water sports facilities in the bays. In high season, a small train even transports guests from one beach to the next. Try it out and find your personal favourite, from the large Cala Gran and its fine sandy sisters Serena, Ferrera and Esmeralda to the sheltered double bay of the Parc natural de Mondragó. The mighty 18th century fortress of Es Fortí is definitely worth a visit, ideally if you are travelling south. Typical Cala d'Or: The white Ibiza-style house is located in a well-kept villa neighbourhood near Cala Gran and overlooks the sea from the top floor. The town centre is approx. 1 km away, the marina approx. 3 km and the nearest supermarket is also within walking distance. A variety of bays and beaches can be reached in just a few minutes by car, but the harbours of Portopetro and Portocolom, the Parc natural de Mondragó and the hilly Santanyí are also excellent excursion destinations.
