This luxurious holiday home and its outdoor area are very aesthetically designed. Around the pool with easy staircase access, there are various places with breathtaking views, for example the cosy lounge or the daybed. The dining table on the covered terrace behind the arches also offers a marvellous view. The integrated summer kitchen with electric barbecue invites you to prepare culinary delights. A balcony on the upper floor rounds off the outdoor options. There is also a sauna in the outdoor area of this holiday home on Mallorca.
The extremely elegant villa is also very spacious inside. It therefore offers a high degree of privacy even when fully occupied. Pleasant light streams in through floor-to-ceiling windows. At the same time, you can also enjoy the beautiful views from the interior. Elegant furniture, pillars, natural stone elements, effective lighting and artistic decorations create an extremely stylish atmosphere. The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor is the large kitchen with adjoining dining area and the living room, where the fireplace is purely decorative. There is also a double bedroom with its own bathroom on this floor. Upstairs there are four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. You can enjoy sensual moments of relaxation in the whirlpool in front of the window front. The luxury home is equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating, making it comfortable to live in all year round. The luxury villa Casa Iris is located on the edge of a residential area above Port d'Andratx on Mallorca. Here you have a fantastic view of the bay with the impressive harbour, as well as the surrounding mountains. Shopping can be done directly in the village or in Andratx, approx. 6 km away. Wonderful bays and other beaches are only a short drive away.
