Can Maimo Nou favours an open-plan living concept: almost all the rooms in the chic finca merge into one another, but can be separated by sliding doors if desired. The many large, elongated windows in particular let in the Mediterranean light, giving the simple, modern building a cosy warmth and, together with the tasteful furnishings, creating a bright, friendly atmosphere throughout the holiday home. The rooms are spread over two floors, which are connected by an open staircase. On the ground floor you will find the elegant and cosy living and dining area, the well-equipped kitchen as well as three pretty bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. On the upper floor, visually separated by a glass gallery, there is a further sleeping area and a desk where you can deal with your holiday mail undisturbed. From here you also have direct access to a small, sunny roof terrace. The modern finca Can Maimo Nou is situated in a wonderfully peaceful location amidst the typical Mediterranean landscape of the south of the island. From the partially covered terrace with various seating areas and inviting sun loungers by the large pool, you can enjoy a fantastic view over the huge plot, which is overgrown with countless trees. For shopping, restaurants and a stroll through pretty narrow streets with numerous art galleries and small shops, Santanyí is only about 4.4 km away and the romantic bay of Cala Llombards is only about 8.9 km away.
