The finca's melodious name says it all: LEsplai is Catalan and means leisure. And you can enjoy it to the full here! The property, on which the elongated, single-storey holiday home for up to eight people is located, is spacious with well-tended lawns offering plenty of space for children to play and run around, while a table tennis table invites you to play exciting duels and the like. If you want to relax on a sun lounger under a parasol or make yourself comfortable on one of the partially covered terraces by the house, which are equipped with comfortable seating, you have a fantastic view of the impressive surrounding mountains.

LEsplai is also a place that radiates tranquillity, style and, thanks to the many wooden elements and tasteful stone floors, a good dose of closeness to nature. Large windows allow plenty of light into the rooms, which are practically all on one level. The furnishings are modern, with a few subtle, playful details. In addition to the cosy living room, where you can sit together by the cosy open fire and reminisce about your holiday experiences, there is a classically designed dining room with a large table, a well-equipped kitchen where you can have breakfast at another table and four beautifully furnished bedrooms, all with floor-to-ceiling windows that allow you to step directly outside. Four chic modern bathrooms round off the living facilities of this comfortable holiday home.

A place to recharge your batteries and find peace and quiet in the middle of nature and yet less than 4 km from the nearest town of Cala Sant Vicenç and the nearest beach of Cala Clara: this is Finca LEsplai near Pollença in the north of Mallorca. The ground floor house is situated on a large plot with a large lawn and pool and offers a marvellous view of the surrounding mountains. You can easily reach the finca with your hire car (a sports car is not recommended due to the partially uneven access road).
