This typical Mallorcan villa offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday on the island. Live well in a tasteful, modern yet authentic Spanish atmosphere. Enjoy the marvellous view of the hills on the east side of the island and its characteristic Mallorcan vegetation of palm trees and olive groves from the beautiful pool area. The house is surrounded by a stunning plot of 29,000 m², most of which consists of a beautifully landscaped garden with a spacious terrace and an outdoor barbecue. Part of the outdoor area is covered and invites you to dine together and enjoy a cosy end to the day. The pool, tiled with blue mosaic and accessible via a Roman staircase, is 10 metres long and up to 1.90 metres deep and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside. This exclusive view is best enjoyed from one of the many lounge chairs on the terrace around the pool. Forget everyday life and relax. What could be better on holiday?
From the pool, the stylish entrance to the slightly elevated house leads to the upper floors via an open staircase. The furnishings and layout of the house are classic but modern, a perfect symbiosis in which you and your holiday companions are guaranteed to feel at home. The old woodwork and partially unplastered bricks lend the rooms a certain atmosphere. The cosy living area on the ground floor invites you to spend a relaxing evening together on the comfortable sofa, perhaps with a crackling fire in the fireplace on a cool evening. The country kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and offers plenty of space for cooking for a large crowd. The living space is 280 m² and is divided into four individually designed double bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. Naturally, there is WLAN internet access in the house with international channels on the flat-screen TV. The villa can be occupied by four to eight people, although the price is reduced if only four people are staying.
If you want to swim in the sea, the popular beaches, such as Cala Varquez, are all within easy reach and only a few kilometres away. Sports enthusiasts can improve their handicap on the famous Pula Golf course. The next largest town is San Llorenc (located between Manacor and Artà). The larger towns, such as Artà with its appealing authenticity, offer numerous shopping opportunities and the chance to dine in a good restaurant. The capital Palma is approx. 50 km away and is therefore easy to reach for a shopping trip. The charming, well-kept stone villa Son Poca is a very stylish, elevated property on a 29,000 m² plot with unrivalled views. The villa is located in the quiet and pretty eastern part of the island. The attractive beaches of Ses Font de N'Alis and S'Amarador are less than 2 km away.
