The outdoor area of the villa includes a private pool with sun terrace, an outdoor shower and a barbecue area. A second shaded terrace offers a quiet spot for morning coffee, surrounded by lush greenery.

A comfortable lounge with an LCD TV and a fireplace, a dining area with a vintage table and modern chairs and a fully equipped kitchen make for a relaxing stay. The spacious bedroom has a double bed, 1.60 metres wide and 2 metres long, a large wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Drive less than 4 km to the market in Costitx on Saturdays to buy groceries and other necessities in a traditional small town in the centre of the Plà de Mallorca. Palma is also within easy reach by car, as is the spectacular beach of Es Trenc and several other unspoilt sandy beaches.
