The impressive villa Can Ferragut de Porto Cristo welcomes us with grace and charm as well as an impressive plot of around 26,000 m². The garden that surrounds the house can rightly be described as a park, as it is systematically laid out with lush lawns, huge palm trees, cypresses, fruit trees and countless plants that emphasise its Mediterranean character. It is therefore hardly surprising that there are numerous feel-good spots on the property for a moment of tranquillity, meditation or a morning yoga session. Golfers or sports enthusiasts can enjoy an ideal practice area on the manicured putting greens and train for the challenges of the Mallorcan golf courses. A narrow path leads from the elegant holiday home to the attractive pool area. On the surrounding sun terrace, you can enjoy the pleasant climate on comfortable loungers and find green shady spots. Additional covered, ground-level terraces and sun-drenched balconies round off the sophisticated architecture of the house.
A particularly attractive feature is that each of the well-kept double rooms has access to a private or shared terrace, turning the six quiet rooms into independent units with the character of a flat. The en-suite bathroom is of course an absolute must and places this fabulous villa in the upper premium segment. The splendour of the house is obvious, but its sophistication lies in the detail. On 900 m² of living space, you will find the spacious living area with a cosy salon character in addition to the above-mentioned suites. It consists of a sofa area in front of a fireplace and satellite TV (you can also enjoy a wall-mounted TV in each of the chic double rooms), an open-plan dining area, a practical seating area and a cosy reading corner. The windows open onto the veranda, which is why the spacious rooms with terracotta tiles and exposed wooden beams are bathed in pleasant light. The kitchen is of course fully equipped and has plenty of fridges so that you always have a cold drink to hand. Inside, a classic Mallorcan style with a touch of rural cosiness forms a particularly charming symbiosis with modern decorative elements, creating a unique mix of styles. Here you can not only spend a perfect holiday, but also host a large party in a relaxed atmosphere. The impressive Villa Can Ferragut de Porto Cristo is surrounded by an equally impressive large park with golf putting greens. The magnificent property is located near the former fishing village of Porto Cristo on the east coast of Mallorca. You can do your shopping here in the supermarket or at the weekly market. Neighbouring Manacor is ideal for extended shopping trips. Beautiful beaches with fine sand such as Cala Anguila or Cala Mendia are just a short drive away.
