This beautiful townhouse is located in the middle of Sa Pobla, a charming village in the centre of the island. Those who spend their holidays here enjoy the advantages of a small-town infrastructure as well as the opportunity to quickly immerse themselves in the paradisiacal nature of the Balearic island. Sa Pobla is surrounded by a Mediterranean landscape. Your holiday home will enchant you with its romantic courtyard, which has been designed with great attention to detail. Mediterranean plants, natural stone walls, terracotta and sand-coloured floor tiles make the outdoor area a perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation. A small pool provides welcome refreshment; you can relax on cosy sun loungers under the shady palm trees. In the covered terrace area, you will find a large dining table to start the day with an extensive breakfast. A brick barbecue allows you to prepare special culinary specialities.

The 200 m² interior of the house is furnished in typical Mallorcan rustic style. A small entrance area gives you a clear view of the open-plan living space: wooden beams on the ceilings, natural stone walls and a mixture of classic and modern furniture create an inviting atmosphere. Make yourself comfortable on the large sofa with a good book or an exciting film. A smart TV guarantees entertainment; stay in touch thanks to Wi-Fi. On colder evenings, a fireplace provides cosy warmth. The dining area with a large wooden table forms the transition to the fully equipped kitchen. You can store your groceries in the spacious fridge; a classic gas hob is available for cooking. From the kitchen, a large door leads directly onto the terrace, creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor areas. There are also two individually designed bedrooms on the ground floor of your home, each sleeping two people. While one of the rooms has single beds, the other room has a cosy double bed. The two rooms share a bathroom. A stone staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two further rooms and a bathroom. The rooms on this floor also have two single beds or a double bed.

Sa Pobla, a charming little village surrounded by picturesque nature, is not only popular with individual travellers due to its strategic location between Inca and the bay of Alcúdia. The village has made a name for itself in recent years, particularly thanks to its gastronomic scene. Potatoes are exported from Sa Pobla to the whole of Europe and a flourishing agricultural sector still characterises the lives of the locals today. Hikers and cyclists in particular can look forward to a variety of beautiful routes in the mountains, along the coast or in the nearby Albufera nature reserve. The impressive basilica of the Lluc monastery attracts almost a million visitors every year and is one of the most important pilgrimage sites on the island. Situated in a basin of the Tramuntana mountains, you can hike along a pilgrimage route from here or visit the neighbouring botanical garden. The beautiful beaches of the Bay of Alcúdia are around 15 minutes away by car. The pretty sandy Platja de Muro beach is particularly popular with families, as it slopes very gently into the deeper water. This means that even younger guests can splash around and play carefree. There is a large weekly market in the town on Sundays, but you can also do your shopping in the various supermarkets. This authentic townhouse is located in the village of Sa Pobla in the centre of Mallorca and is very easy to reach thanks to good transport links and a direct train connection to Palma. The charming agricultural town is located near a nature reserve and is a popular destination for hikers and cyclists. The fine sandy beach of Platja de Muro is around 15 minutes from your holiday home; the town itself has established a highly acclaimed restaurant scene.
