I've just arrived and want to stay forever. This is exactly the thought that comes to mind for visitors to the stately Villa Ca Na Siona with its cast-iron entrance gate and particularly well-kept outdoor area. The two-storey country house made of quarry stone is surrounded by an artistically designed garden landscape, which is characterised by lush Mediterranean vegetation with large trees, including palm trees. The beautiful country house sits on a marvellous, private 28,000 m² plot. Beyond the garden landscape, you can see the rolling hills of the north and even the sea, which is actually only a few kilometres away. The two-storey traditional-style holiday home offers a beautifully landscaped outdoor area with a lovely garden. At its centre is the wonderfully spacious 72 m² pool, which is decoratively lined with a meander pattern. There is a large sun terrace around the pool with ten sun loungers. Here you can relax and enjoy the incomparably beautiful view of the low hills and mountains in the northern part of the island. An awning over the sun terrace adjoining the house provides some shade from time to time. Let your mind wander in the hammock stretched over the awning and enjoy the sound of the palm leaves gently touching in the wind - the wonderful sounds of a holiday. The palm trees are right next to the house, adjacent to the covered terrace. Part of the terrace is furnished with relaxing lounge furniture in a wicker look; next to it you will find a cosy dining area.
This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
The beautiful villa is perfectly equipped to accommodate a large group of travellers regardless of the season. The dining room, with its conservatory atmosphere and luxurious amber-coloured leather armchairs, complemented by white leather double-seater sofas, is testament to this. When the temperatures drop, it offers an open-air ambience thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. Enjoy the view of the garden landscape, which conveys a special touch of individuality and creativity thanks to the large metal sculptures. It is details such as these that reflect the loving design of this property. Behind the conservatory is the large kitchen, whose walls are decorated with genuine Mallorcan, hand-painted tiles in the typical blue and white pattern of the island. These harmonise perfectly with the wooden kitchen (fully equipped with an Italian coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle and much more) and lend it a maritime charm. The large living room is furnished with a wonderful sofa area in front of the LCD TV for cosy evenings for two. There is also another dining table in the large room, which can be used for entertaining evenings with board games. Five bedrooms are spread over the two floors. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom that opens out onto the garden; two further bedrooms on the upper floor have their own balcony, while the other two bedrooms can compete in terms of cosiness and comfort with a fantastic view of the beautiful natural surroundings. Beautiful, partly hand-cut wooden beds and plenty of storage space guarantee a restful night's sleep. The two bathrooms available to guests are each equipped with a bathtub. Here, too, you will find these delightful Mallorcan tiles, decorated with a floral border.
On the one hand, this pretty holiday residence is surrounded by greenery, on the other hand, you can drive to the sea in no time at all. The fine sandy beaches around Port de Pollença have a shallow entrance into the water, which makes them particularly pleasant for families. The location makes a trip to the pretty beaches of the Bay of Alcúdia (such as Es Bacares, Can Cap de Bou and Cala Clara) a real must. The small coastal town of Port de Pollença offers a beautiful promenade with boutiques, bars and restaurants. Both atmospheric towns as well as the small town of Pollença and the beautiful old town of Alcúdia are real highlights and well worth a visit. The local markets are particularly worthwhile (in Pollença on Tuesdays; in Alcúdia on Wednesdays and even Sundays). Many streets in the old town of Alcúdia are closed on Sundays because of the market. It is not uncommon to discover beautiful unique items and delicious fresh produce here. A stroll through the market or through the nearby small towns provides a fantastic contrast to quieter days at the villa, which only adds to the special charm of Villa Ca Na Siona.
The beautiful quarry stone villa Ca Na Siona is a dreamlike property, a very well-kept holiday home in a quiet, natural location. The magnificent villa is situated on a 28,000 m² estate between Pollença and Alcúdia. The northern Mallorcan towns are only a few kilometres away and are ideal for shopping and strolling. The fine sandy beaches near Pollença and Alcúdia, such as Es Bacares and Can Cap de Bou, are ideal for families due to their shallow entry into the water.
