This pretty little white townhouse fits perfectly among its neighbours in the centre of Colònia de Sant Pere; cars can be parked in front of the house. But Ca Na Fulla Pastor still offers plenty of privacy, the walls on the right and left side protect from prying eyes and provide wind protection, and in front, behind the flat roof, lie the mountains of the Sierra de Artà. Behind the rather inconspicuous front of the house (from here you can watch the hustle and bustle on the street) you wouldn't expect a garden, but there is one! You can look down from the shaded terrace, where the washing machine and dishwasher are located and can be closed off at any time with a curtain. You'll want to spend a whole day in this outdoor living room, and no one will be able to catch a glimpse of your plate or cards. A tray and some loungers can easily be moved to sunny spots in the grass garden, which you can reach via the stairs with security gate, or to the roof terrace to enjoy an espresso or read the newspaper in peace. The round pool invites you to take a dip when it's really hot outside. If you want to swim longer distances, simply walk or drive a few metres to the town's well-protected Platja.
This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
Welcome home (with fireplace) where you can go straight from the street to the couch. Don't waste your time looking for designer furniture in Ca Na Fulla Pastor; the house is functional, personal and cosy. Two steps take you to the rustic fitted kitchen, both open and closed, and on to the terrace, because you'll want to spend as much of your holiday outside as possible. The small white table inside is a good place to put a few snacks, salads and drinks so that everyone can take what they want. Who wants to cook a lot when there are restaurants with sea views and service everywhere? A small corridor leads to the two guest rooms with their double beds and shared bathroom with shower (bathtub). From one room, you can look out of the window in the morning and see whether the table has already been set for breakfast; in the other room, you probably won't want to wake up from your turquoise-coloured dreams. If you still like to get up early and want to answer a few e-mails or read without waking the other person, simply sit on the couch behind the curtains.
A (still) quiet village with orange-coloured roofs and a very special charm awaits you - a search for a hotel has so far been in vain. You can spend relaxing moments in the various restaurants on the beautiful harbour promenade Paseo Marítimo, such as Blau Marí or Sa Xarxa. Enjoy the excellent crossover menu after a day at the beach while the sun slowly disappears into the sea. In addition to Colònia de Sant Pere, the village of S'Estanyol also has a little-visited mini beach. From there, a hiking trail leads across the Platja de Sa Canova to the chessboard settlement of Son Serra de Marina. Mountain bikers and hikers will find their natural paradise among flocks of sheep and olive trees in neighbouring Betlem. From the Ermita, there are several challenging routes to various puigs. Breathe in, breathe out, relax - that's all you need to get into the holiday mood here.
In the coastal village of Colònia de Sant Pere on the Badia dAlcúdia, you will still find a quiet, comfortable spot on Mallorca. The white townhouse Ca Na Fulla Pastor offers relaxed, uncomplicated accommodation. Two supermarkets (at the harbour and in the church square) and the weekly market on Saturdays provide you with bread, cheese, fruit and wine, and there are also numerous restaurants within walking distance. You are just a few hundred metres from the mini bathing area protected by breakwaters and the Paseo Marítimo. The beach and surfing area of Son Serra de Marina is also not far away.
