In addition, an outdoor bathroom is accessible directly from the terrace. From this outdoor area, a staircase leads up to the roof terrace. More relaxing furniture awaits sun-seekers here. The interior of the house is bright and cosy. Terracotta tiles, white walls, a wide round arch, lots of wood and friendly colours create a cosy flair. In the open-plan living and dining room with pellet stove, you can therefore also spend cosy sociable hours indoors. From the dining area there is a semi-open passageway into the kitchen, which is fully equipped and therefore ideal for self-catering. Two double bedrooms and one single bedroom (the latter is equipped with a bunk bed) offer inviting rest areas for the night or a siesta at lunchtime. A shower room rounds off the rooms in this air-conditioned holiday home on Mallorca.

Villa Casa Sa Marina is located in the centre of Alcúdia and has a lovely terrace with sea views. It is just 600 metres from Corral d'en Bennàssar Beach and 1.7 km from Es Clot Beach. There is a private pool on the terrace. It is only 2.2 km from the historic centre of Alcúdia.
