Both the living/dining room and the country-style kitchen open directly onto the terrace through wide French doors. The two comfortable double bedrooms share a modern bathroom with shower. A further bathroom is located in the semi-open outbuilding. The finca has reliable mobile phone reception and there is good WiFi throughout the property. The location allows for spontaneous excursions to the beautiful natural beaches of Es Trenc and Sa Rápita as well as extensive shopping trips to the island's capital, Palma.

The authentic natural stone villa Son Santet is located in a quiet area in the southern part of the island, close to Llucmajor (3.5 km away). The island metropolis of Palma de Mallorca can be reached in approx. 25 minutes by car and is ideal for extensive shopping trips. You can also spend a day by the sea, as the beaches in the southern part of the island are within easy reach.
