Welcome to the cosy Can Mandai, a newly built villa in a beautiful rural setting near Sant Llorenç, right next to a wooded area. The house stands on a smooth, level plot surrounded by a lawn and typical Mediterranean trees. The relatively flat plot offers beautiful views of the rolling hills surrounding the property, one of the most striking features of this region. A quiet road off the motorway leads to the villa, where there is ample space to park the rental car. The house, built in the traditional style from natural stone, has the classic ambience of a typical Mallorcan villa. It naturally includes a pool with an outdoor shower and a sun terrace with four sun loungers, a round table with two chairs and a parasol to protect you from too much sunlight. Directly behind the pool area on the side of the house there is also a small piece of wood. In front of the house is a fairly large covered veranda with natural stone flooring. It has a dining table with bench and two wooden chairs (and comfy white cushions if you want to use them), so nothing stands in the way of a nice barbecue evening.
Three French doors with dark green shutters lead into the spacious living and dining area inside. The kitchen is also integrated into this very modern, open-plan space, creating a pleasant and spacious atmosphere. The lounge area is comfortably furnished with cosy furniture, including an orange couch, two chic wicker armchairs and an armchair with matching footrest. The furniture is arranged around a stone fireplace and is also perfect for an evening together in front of the TV. The dining area is located between the living area and the kitchen and has a dark wood table and chairs. The open-plan kitchen area consists of a fitted kitchen with dark slatted wooden cupboards. And it doesn't just look great, it's also very practical. A villa holiday is all about self-catering and convenience, and this kitchen really does have everything you need: Toaster, coffee machine, kettle, cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher and much more. There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor. These two double bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioning. The master bedroom has a large, comfortable double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. With fitted wardrobes, exposed ceiling beams and terracotta tiled floors (which are also used throughout the living/dining room), these rooms are the perfect reflection of a classic Mallorcan villa with warm, rustic charm and brightly lit interiors. Next to the two bedrooms is the blue and white bathroom with an almost flush-to-floor shower with elegant blue mosaic tiled floors and real glass shower screen. There is also an elegant wooden staircase leading from the kitchen area to a gallery with a low ceiling and two extra beds.
The small town of Sant Llorenç is only 3 km away for groceries and other daily necessities. The country road runs 75 metres from the villa and can probably be heard from the house. If you follow it further north, it leads via Artà and Capdepera to Cala Ratjada, perfect if you want to get out of the house and see what this beautiful region has to offer. There are many sights to see here and they are all within easy reach. There are some excellent restaurants in Artà and the rather lively Cala Ratjada has a long seafront promenade, which is great for a stroll during the day or exploring the club scene in the evening. Several beaches along the south-east coast of the island are also within easy reach of your cosy villa Can Mandai. These are some of Mallorca's most beautiful beaches and coves try to discover some of the lesser known gems. The amazing cave formations in the Coves d'Artà and the beautiful coastal town of Portocristo are just some of the highlights you must see during your stay in this newly built villa. And don't forget that this villa is also perfect for two people thanks to a great discount. Villa Can Mandai is cosily located in the eastern part of the island, just 3 km from Sant Llorenç. The villa's secluded location offers beautiful views over the rolling hills of the surrounding countryside and you can quickly walk into town for groceries and other daily necessities. The central location allows easy access to larger towns such as Manacor and Artà. The sandy beaches of the east coast, including Sa Marjal and Cala Bona, are also just 10 kilometres away.
This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
