The main floor also has a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board, plus a convenient toilet. Upstairs, you'll find three en-suite bedrooms, all with air conditioning. Two bedrooms have double beds, and the third has twin beds. Gas central heating ensures comfort during cooler months. The house is also equipped with a baby cot and high chair for families.

The tourist tax must be paid on-site, varying between 0.55€/night per guest in low season and 2.2€/night per guest in high season. The tax is reduced by half after the 9th day of stay.
