The villa has ducted air-conditioning in every room, free WIFI and a very practical layout to make the most of the hot days in the south of France.

Escales is a small village where there is, above all, plenty of peace and quiet to relax and is a few minutes away from the town of Lezignan-Corbieres.

You can go to a small shop within walking distance and to the local restaurant.

Within a 45 minute drive, you can go to the most beautiful fine sand beaches both in Gruissan-plage and Narbonne-plage. There are many other activities to do and places to visit too
