This villa is ideal for those who appreciate the tranquillity of the west and want to explore nearby coves such as Cala Deia. It has a secluded 2,000 m² hillside plot with breathtaking views. The outdoor area has extensive terraces that lead to a pool that invites you to relax and enjoy breathtaking sunsets. The pool, which can be reached via a ladder, is decorated with blue mosaic tiles. Comfortable sun loungers are available for sunbathing and there is a barbecue area for dinner. There is a car park next to the house.

Inside, the single-storey villa exudes rustic charm, with several windows framing the majestic sea views. It comprises two nicely furnished bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, a spacious living room with fireplace and a rustic kitchen equipped for self-catering.

Please note that this accommodation is not suitable for families with small children due to its location on a cliff and the partially secured external stairs.

The stunning Cala Deìa cove is only 8 minutes away by car.
