This white town villa is located in the town of Llubí. It has 160 m² of living space on two floors and yes, you can see the greenery from the terrace and balcony: not only the small garden behind the pool with its two tall palm trees, but also undeveloped land further out. Trees provide shade on the lawns. You can quickly set up a lounger underneath to read a book in quiet seclusion, or simply throw a blanket on the ground to have a picnic with bread, olives and wine near the barbecue ... Although the neighbours are not far away, you still feel protected from prying eyes. This is made possible not only by the privacy screen, but also by the (orange) trees, which occasionally pose temptingly for you. The spacious balcony terrace with large dining table, lounge furniture and awning also remains private. The outside staircase next to the well that once supplied the house with water takes you up from the pool level. The feeling of living in a quiet rural environment is reinforced here on the upper floor, although Desaigua is of course connected to the local road network. Cars can be parked in the garage and carport without hesitation.
A successful holiday also includes the stomach: the outdoor area on the first floor is directly connected to the kitchen and its modern appliances. The two-door fridge with its ice dispenser for chilled drinks alone will make your heart beat faster. Right next to it, through a door, you enter the dining room, which is decorated with orchids and kept in pure white, with a glass table that invites everyone to sit down. It doesn't always have to be a dish ordered from DaiCa in the neighbourhood, even if it is delicious! Floral motifs provide a colourful accent in the TV room, even in an otherwise understated style that places great emphasis on cosiness. From the sofa straight to bed? Right next door are three of the four guest rooms with double bed, single beds and bunk beds, all with wardrobe and fan, rounded off by a chic shower room. The washing machine and ironing board are housed in a separate compartment. Upstairs, the air-conditioned bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, two single beds and access to the roof terrace offers plenty of space. Here you can relax to your heart's content.
This could be the deciding factor: The town of Llubí, with its two hills, has an outstanding restaurant (DaiCa) that shows what a creative chef can conjure up from a selection of fresh local produce. Best of all, the restaurant is just a five-minute walk from Villa Desaigua. The Galmés i Ribot wine shop in Santa Margalida or the wine cellars of Inca are sure to have a wine that you can enjoy on your terrace at home at the end of the day. Keen cyclists might want to get on their bikes and cycle towards Can Pifacort. This touristy seaside resort with a very long beach could be one of your first destinations if you want to enjoy the sun on the warm sand and socialise with other families. Even if you take a stroll through the medieval town of Alcúdia, the Sa Bassa Blanca art museum with its lush rose garden and the bird paradise in S'Albufereta, the sea will hardly leave your side... Semi-detached house with pool, located on the edge of the quiet village of Llubí: Desaigua offers the possibility of shopping and strolling without a car. Cafés, restaurants and shops are just a short walk away. Inca, known for its leather products and wine, is around 10 kilometres away. Sineu with its famous market and the beaches of Can Picafort and Son Baulo can be reached in 20 minutes by car.
This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
