The living room combines modern furniture with the traditional furnishings of a Mallorcan country house, perfect for cosy days when the weather is not playing ball. The adjoining large kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave and dishwasher, among other things, and therefore fulfils all the criteria of a solid self-catering business. The bedrooms, all double rooms, also combine modern and rustic elements and look particularly cosy with their bright windows. All bathrooms on the ground floor have a bathtub. The comfortable fittings in the bathrooms match the exclusive flair of the house. The upper floor, the living room and bedroom with their own bathroom give you the incredibly liberating feeling of living in a loft. The terraces with marvellous panoramic views are also on the first floor. The basement is a special highlight of Villa Imagine. Not only can you park your hire car in the villa's own garage, there is also a sauna here. The party kitchen offers you the opportunity to organise celebrations of all kinds. From card games at the long communal table to cold buffets, this is the perfect place for business travellers as well as those visiting Mallorca for private reasons.

The capital Palma is approx. 4 km away and the city centre approx. 10 km. In addition to the many leisure facilities and the capital's famous beaches, a visit to the beautiful La Seu Cathedral is well worthwhile. A walk across the Plaça Major or Plaça de Cort is also an experience. The villa is located close to the motorway that connects Palma with the interior of the island. Day trips to the centre of the island are particularly worthwhile. In Plà de Mallorca, the plain in the centre of the island, you will discover idyllic Mallorcan farms, picturesque villages, typical windmills and many other cultural treasures. The Mallorca Puntiró golf course is only about 1 km away. Go there and enjoy a game in the sun! The luxurious two-storey Villa Imagine is located just 4 km north-east of the capital Palma. The impressive building with its spacious outdoor area offers marvellous views of the island's interior. Palma offers everything you need for your daily needs as well as numerous leisure activities. The beaches of Badia de Palma are approx. 12 km away.
