The perfectly maintained Villa Polita des Carritxo has a lot to offer for your perfect holiday: From the stylish interior and exterior design to the excellent furnishings, you will be delighted! When you arrive, the beautiful garden will immediately catch your eye. The shimmering pool is lined with large, magnificent palm trees and the marvellous sun terrace blends in wonderfully with the Mediterranean flora. Cosy seating areas under the open sky and under the covered terrace offer space for a cool drink or dinner together at the large table. Incidentally, the table in question is a dream for all wood fans: the rustic beams in upcycling style tell their very own story and are sure to be a talking point during the occasional barbecue session. And when a few regional delicacies land on the barbecue, the evening can be simply perfect!

The interior of the villa is fresh and bright. A mix of white colours and wooden furniture dominates the entire room and creates a lightness that invites you to relax. The dining and living area offers an incredible amount of space; you can easily roll out your yoga mat or unpack the children's play blanket. There's definitely enough space here! Two large, comfortable sofas provide the necessary cosiness; and there is also a great dining area for a wonderful feast. The three fantastic bedrooms in the house are perfect for a good night's sleep. Each one is a little dream with its very own maritime charm. Hardly anyone will find it difficult to spend a restful night here. And if you need to pop into the bathroom before going to bed, there are two fantastic bathrooms to choose from. Plenty of space, lots of light and exceptional aesthetics - these bathrooms are truly incredible!
Especially for nature lovers, the area in this beautiful corner of the island is a dream. The villa is surrounded by an enchanting landscape and is not far from the Tramuntana de Llevant mountains. A stressed soul is guaranteed to find the peace and quiet to really relax here. If you are looking for something a little livelier, you can visit the charming harbour town of Portocolom. The Mallorcan café con leche in one of the sweet cafés tastes twice as good with a view of the ships in the harbour. In the town of Felanitx, just 7.4 kilometres away, a great, typical Mallorcan weekly market awaits you every weekend. And for a cosy day at the beach, it's just 7.5 km as the crow flies to the coast - then all you have to do is choose which beach you want to visit.
The superbly equipped Villa Polita d'es Carritxo is located in the beautiful south of Mallorca on an attractively landscaped estate surrounded by nature. You can do all your daily shopping in the village of Cas Concos des Cavaller, just 3.8 km away, where you will find everything you need, from a supermarket and pharmacy to an ATM and small shops. The sea and its beautiful sandy beaches are also just 7.5 km away.
