On the ground floor there is a small entrance area leading to three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with two single beds (0.90 x 1.90 m). There are modern bathrooms with shower or bath. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, while the cosy living room with a large sofa, a flat-screen TV and a music system invites you to relax. Staying connected is easy with the available Wi-Fi. Several car parking spaces are available.

The beautiful finca "Ca Na Picona" is located approx. 4 km from the coastal town of Can Picafort, where you can go shopping or visit the market on Fridays. There are also countless cafés, restaurants and an exciting nightlife. The attractive sandy beaches of the Bay of Alcúdia, such as Son Baulo, are only a few kilometres away.
