You won't find any overcrowded hotels and bars in this beautiful residential area. All the more reason to live in a well-kept neighbourhood and enjoy your own privacy. The grounds, surrounded by shrubs, hedges and walls, convey a feeling of security and also offer many a lovely spot for relaxing hours outdoors. Open and covered terraces on several levels offer lovely spots for sun loungers, dining tables and chill-out lounges. There is even space for a table tennis table in the spacious outdoor areas. The pool, tiled with blue mosaic tiles and easily accessible via a corner staircase, undoubtedly has a magnetic effect and offers delicious refreshment on hot days. There is also a practical outdoor shower. In the evening, Mediterranean delicacies can be prepared on the barbecue before perhaps heading to the beach for an evening stroll.

Like two houses in one: families or couples travelling together will definitely feel at home in this villa. The clever layout of the 225 m² on two levels allows for a high degree of privacy and retreat. Light-coloured walls are combined with dark wooden furniture and floors and lovingly selected decorations ensure a cosy atmosphere. On the ground floor there is a cosy living/dining room and right next to it the well-equipped kitchen, where you can chop and sizzle together. There is even space for an additional table. There are also two double bedrooms and two bathrooms on this floor, one of which is en suite. Also on the upper floor we find a small living/dining area with kitchenette, four double bedrooms and two bathrooms, an additional WC is en suite. A rather unusual holiday home in Mallorca that offers great possibilities and excellent value for money!
In the urbanisation Cielo de Bonaire, about 3 km from the town of Alcúdia, where you can stroll through the old town, you will find this spacious villa, where up to 12 holidaymakers can relax. The nearest beach is only 1.5 km away and various destinations can be easily reached via the neighbouring road. Shopping is done in no time at all. Several local restaurants are even within walking distance.
