"Es Pouet" is a beautifully restored villa on a huge 600,000 m² plot surrounded by olive groves, pine forests and holm oaks, creating a truly tranquil retreat.

The centrepiece of the villa is the multi-levelled garden, with natural stone steps leading from the house to the pool terrace. A spacious lawn is perfect for children to play or relax in the shade. There are two inviting, partially covered terraces connected by a gravelled path, offering a variety of spaces to relax. A beautiful rattan lounger is the ideal place to enjoy a refreshing drink. The turquoise-coloured pool, which is easily accessible via a corner staircase, is surrounded by a terrace with comfortable loungers. There is also a large dining area where you can enjoy dinner or a barbecue while taking in breathtaking views of the Palma de Mallorca valley.
Inside, the charm of the villa is evident in the light-coloured walls, natural stone elements and exposed wooden beams. The spacious living and dining area opens directly onto the terrace and invites you to spend cosy evenings by the fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals a breeze, while three spacious double bedrooms ensure a good night's sleep. Each room has its own bathroom and air conditioning. You can also explore the villa's private vineyard, where the owners produce their own wine.
