During the careful restoration with high-quality materials, great importance was attached to preserving the original character of this over 800-year-old natural stone house and at the same time adapting the well thought-out room concept to the highest demands.

Custom-made sculptures and colourful paintings by Cuban artist Ernesto Rodriguez create a successful contrast to historical curiosities in the spacious living room: Parts of an old talayot are embedded in the foundation walls of the building. The thick natural stone walls keep the house pleasantly cool in summer, while a powerful oil-fired central heating system and underfloor heating in the living room ensure a cosy indoor climate even on cooler days.

In addition to a high-quality gas barbecue, a Weber charcoal grill is available to transform fresh ingredients from the market into delicious dishes.
