Fully restored in 2018, this lovely country house was part of the 17th-century Chateau de Clauzuroux. It is in the middle of nature with wide views over the countryside.
A special feature is the swimming pool, built between the remains of the outer walls of an old horse stable, which means complete privacy! All around, there are terraces with plenty of seating areas for sunbathing and enjoyment.
The interior of the house is rural, yet bright and with plenty of space
The house is located on a country road with on the other side a 2 the house of the same owner which is also rented out. Both houses maintain their privacy and have no direct view of each other.
The house is located in one of the most beautiful places in the Dordogne, visit the town of Brantome for its cosy centre, terraces, restaurants and especially go canoeing on the river.
Périgueux has a historic centre, and you can spend a nice day there at leisure

Remarks

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
This accommodation is rented only to family groups
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
