This beautiful detached luxury villa is located just outside the charming town of Tamariu, about 1 km from the beach and the town center. You can walk from Tamariu to other seaside towns such as Llafranc, Aigua Blava, Fornells, and Calella de Palafrugell along the Camino de Ronda. These Spanish villages with beautiful beaches offer unique views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The villa has a 925 m² garden and a private swimming pool with a terrace featuring sun loungers, a large dining table, comfortable chairs, and a barbecue. The villa consists of two floors. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with satellite TV, a fireplace, and sliding doors to the terrace, a luxury kitchen with all appliances, a separate dining room, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The first floor has three double bedrooms (all with balcony access), and two bathrooms with bath/shower and toilet. The garage and a laundry room with a washer and dryer are located under the house.
