The living area opens onto a south-facing covered terrace with garden furniture, hammock, and deckchair. The kitchen area leads to a north-facing wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue, overlooking the back garden.

The house is divided into two sleeping areas: one side with a bedroom (160 cm bed) and another (160 cm bed), separated by a renovated shower room with toilet; the other side includes a bathroom with toilet, bedroom 3 (140 cm bed), and bedroom 4 (2 bunk beds, 90 cm, plus a 140 cm sofa bed).
