Situated in the historic Monplaisir district, the Residence is only a 2-minute walk from the Monplaisir/Lumière metro station, providing easy access to the city center.

This residence features 130 apartments spread across two 5-story buildings, all accessible by elevator. The apartments range from 30 to 44m² and include a living room with two beds, an equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with two beds (sometimes separated by a sliding partition). Each unit also includes a bathroom or shower room with WC. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided within the accommodation, and flat-screen TVs are available in all apartments.

Additional amenities include bed linen and bathroom linen, with optional changes available for a small fee. End-of-stay cleaning is included, except for the kitchen area. For families, a baby bed can be added for an extra charge (subject to availability). Covered underground parking is available for a fee, and pets are welcome for an additional nightly charge.
