Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 200 m² house with sea view in Carnac, close to the beach, which can accommodate up to 10 travelers. It features a 90 m² living room (with fireplace), fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower) and a 3,700 m² garden. Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- 90 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not supplied)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- Three bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200)
- One bedroom with pull-out beds (2 single beds)
- Four bathrooms with shower and one with WC
- Two separate WCs

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

- A beautiful 3,700 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Carnac, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
