This fully air-conditioned villa features a spacious living/dining area and an open-plan kitchen equipped with an electric oven, double fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and induction cooktop. A laundry room is also available. The space opens onto two large terraces, furnished for dining and relaxation, with stunning views of the pool, hills, and sea.
The sleeping area comprises three double bedrooms, each with a 180x200 cm bed, storage, private en-suite shower rooms, and terrace access.
Upstairs, you will find a master suite with a 180x200 cm bed, an en-suite shower room, and terrace access, as well as another double bedroom with a 180x200 cm bed, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to a large terrace overlooking the sea and hills.
