From its balcony, you will have a magnificent and breathtaking view of the town of Aix-Les-Bains, Lac du Bourget and the mountains!

The apartment is furnished in a modern style. Thus :

- Small entrance hall with cupboard/wardrobe and washing machine. wash

- On the left, the bathroom with large Italian shower and vanity unit

* a lounge area with small sofa; and tilting wall-mounted television
* a bedroom area sleep with a queen-size bed 160 x 200 cm, a chest of drawers and a clothes rack

- A small furnished balcony with a table and two chairs allows you to enjoy a magnificent view of the city, the lake and the surrounding mountains

- You will have access, in the summer, to the residence's unheated swimming pool (from mid-June to mid-September depending on the weather) and all year round, tennis.

- in around twenty minutes walk to the Faure Museum to admire a beautiful collection of works of art, to the Market Halls and to the Faure Museum. to do some shopping or even at the Chevalley thermal baths for your treatment or a spa afternoon.

In addition, the magnificent Lac du Bourget so dear to the poet Lamartine, the largest natural lake in France, will allow you to entertain yourself with a wide variety of water activities (sailing, kitesurfing, water skiing, rowing, paddle, cruise, boat rental without a license...) – 5/10 minutes by car or bus
