Traveler access
You will be able to enjoy the entire accommodation for the duration of your stay.
You can park on the street in front of the building where there are always spaces available and which are free.
To help you get your stay off to a good start, we will provide you with the essentials for your first night (soap, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, etc.).
In this period of energy crisis, we must all be responsible in the use of energy and we remind our travelers that the temperature of heaters is limited in France, by law (art. R241-26 of the Energy Code) , at 19°. Consequently, it will not be possible to exceed this temperature in the accommodation.

OUR RENTAL CONDITIONS
The accommodation is managed by the Keytoko agency, Toulouse partner of Airbnb and Luckey. By completing your reservation, you agree to these conditions:
- Security deposit: for this reservation, a security deposit ("deposit") is requested from you via Swikly: it is a secure online deposit request system (without debit or blocking of funds on bank cards). This security deposit solution will cost you nothing and no debit will be made if we do not notice any damage to the accommodation.
- In accordance with Airbnb's off-platform policy, completing an "Online Check-in" serving as a police form is mandatory, even if the message is external to the platform. You will then need to provide information such as your first and last name, date and place of birth, address, contact details as well as an identity document and a selfie. These data are secured by our partner Avantio whose servers are located in Europe and which keep them for 1 year after the reservation, the collection is carried out in accordance with the GDPR, all measures being taken to avoid alteration, processing or unauthorized access to your data.
- The apartment can be secured by a device (MINUT) which constantly monitors the sound level, temperature, number of occupants, humidity, number of internet connections, etc. To ensure compliance with the regulations and the safety of all. No information likely to identify you is collected.
- The person who made the reservation must be present, otherwise the reservation will be canceled.
- The accommodation is strictly non-smoking, parties/events are prohibited and there cannot be more people in the accommodation than the occupants indicated in the reservation.
- Arrivals are between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. and departures at 11 a.m. Any departure after 11 a.m. will be subject to a charge of €30 per hour started.
- For any reservation longer than 30 days, one cleaning per month (minimum) will be carried out at your expense. We will agree on dates and times together.
- The accommodation (and what is inside) must be returned in the condition in which it was found on arrival (art 11.1 of the Rental Conditions), that is to say: clean (you must not scrub the accommodation but leave it normally clean, quite simply), without waste, without dirty dishes and the furniture in its original place.
The cleaning package covers the costs of cleaning which is carried out BEFORE your arrival, on the basis of accommodation left normally clean, as well as clean linen and consumables made available to you (the consumables provided are a welcome kit and we do not provide others).
- Before each arrival, a general inventory of the accommodation with a photo is carried out. If you notice the slightest anomaly or shortage upon your arrival, you must notify us (with photo) within 5 working hours.
- If the accommodation is left very dirty, with unwashed or poorly washed dishes, and/or with waste, if equipment is damaged, if there is a smell of cigarettes... our teams will be able to report it immediately and we may seek financial compensation from you for the damage and/or additional cleaning time; this compensation may, depending on the case, amount to several times the value of the cleaning package or according to the actual costs (unwashed/poorly washed dishes = €10/item, cigarette smell = €150, torn/stained sheets = €50, etc.). .).
