?This pretty single storey house from the 70s, completely renovated with a surface area of 80 m², benefits from a West/South/East exposure, being able to accommodate up to 6 people (5 adults maximum).
It has a large living room, with lounge area? and meals? open onto a shaded terrace? ? (store) and a wooded garden?. (Charcoal barbecue available).
? The kitchen is equipped (oven, hotplates, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster).
? The bathroom has a shower, a bathtub?.
? The toilets are separate.
? Does the 1st bedroom have a large double bed? . Does the 2nd bedroom have two single beds? ? as well as a bunk bed? ?.
?Very good location in quiet Hunawihr with departure on foot through the vineyards to visit Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr and Zellenberg.
? A travel cot is also available to you free of charge (on request). Bed linen is not provided for the baby cot. Only the mattress supplied by the manufacturer will be made available with the travel cot.

?The whole house will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:

House Rule:
? This house is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.
? Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.
? However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a penalty of €60 cleaning costs.

?The keys will be delivered to you in person.
? You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
