The entrance is via the main level, a large living/dining room area, in its extension a large fully equipped kitchen, all immersed in a Mediterranean decor opening onto a large terrace with sea and swimming pool views. Also at your disposal, an office space equipped with a very high-speed internet/fiber connection.
Main level sleeping area:
A first bedroom with 2 twin beds (80*200), private shower room and toilet, storage space, air conditioning, direct access to the terrace and swimming pool, sea view.
An independent air-conditioned bedroom, offering 4 single bunk beds (90*190), a bathroom with toilet and direct access to the garden, terrace and swimming pool, sea view.
On level 1, two double bedrooms:
A double bedroom with 1 Kingsize bed (180*200), storage space, air conditioning, private terrace, superb sea and swimming pool views.
A double bedroom with 2 twin beds (80*200), storage space, private terrace, superb sea and swimming pool view.
A bathroom/shower, a separate toilet.
At your disposal, two garages (only one vehicle can park inside), parking for two vehicles possible within the villa as well as outside the villa.
Swimming pool (8x5M) heated and balanced to 25 degrees/salt treatment/secured by an alarm.
Regular weekly maintenance.
To be paid on site: Security deposit €2000 (by credit card, not debited) tourist tax (according to current rate).
Bed linen provided and beds prepared for your arrival, bath linen provided, weekly cleaning and end-of-stay cleaning included.
A la carte option: Possibility of additional cleaning and change of linen during your stay, at an additional cost.
