The apartment is on the first floor and has a balcony with seating area. On the ground floor there is a shared swimming pool and garden. There is parking space available in the apartments.
The nearest airport is the Girona Airport which is at a distance of 45 KM. Restaurants and tourist information are 1 KM away. Town center and general supplies are 1.5 KM away.
There is a tourist tax of € 0,90 per person for each night and a maximum of 2 pets are allowed at the cost of € 3 per pet for the stay.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Il a plu à notre arrivée, bien que nous ayons un garage sous l'appartement, les places de stationnement étaient très serrées.

C'était un appartement attrayant, bien meublé et moderne. En voiture, vous pourrez facilement vous rendre à la plage, située à environ 1,5 km. Un parking gratuit est disponible. Se garer sous l'appartement nécessite un peu d'art de barreur mais il est gérable, la voiture est alors fermée sur son propre terrain (et agréable et frais au soleil). Belle vue sur le verger de pommiers et la piscine y est absolument fantastique. La climatisation l'a fait aussi, c'était bien avec ce temps chaud. Sant Pere Pescadore est un endroit agréable et le mercredi il y a un beau marché. La réserve naturelle au coin de la rue en direction de Rooses est également fortement recommandée: vous pourrez y observer de nombreux oiseaux, notamment des cigognes, des limicoles et des cerfs. Emportez également votre tuba avec vous car la mer est belle et claire et vous pouvez voir beaucoup de poissons. Pour la plage, vous avez besoin d’un parasol et éventuellement d’un pare-brise ou d’une tente car il y a régulièrement une brise fraîche. Pour les véliplanchistes et les kite surfeurs, c’est un véritable paradis que beaucoup de travail est accompli. Il est assez spacieux sur la plage et vous ne souffrez pas les uns des autres.

Tout a très bien fonctionné avec les clés et l'appartement était propre lors du déménagement.
