The apartment is air-conditioned, so that you can remain cool inside. Heating is also provided. A well-equipped kitchen makes it a self-catering rental. Washing machine and lift are available for your convenience. Being a child-friendly property, children’s bed and high chair are also there.



The airport is 9 km away.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

An electricity statement will be made on your arrival and on your departure.
Please empty the bins in the room on the ground floor next to the elevator
Please make the apartment clean
The concierge fees will be requested upon arrival, i.e. the sum of € 140 in cash.

The deposit of 450 € is to be paid either by CB Visa or Master by calling 04 95 47 33 76, 72 hours before arrival, or to give in cash to the concierge, it will be returned to you after checking the apartment at your departure.
