On this property there are 3 renovated houses with 11 apartments. Each apartment has its own terrace with garden furniture. The houses are far apart and therefore there is a lot of privacy. Apartment Rosa Gialla is located in the rustic house next to the beautiful main building. It can accommodate 7 persons.
The property is on the border between Umbria and Marche in the Candigliano valley, between the towns of Piobbico, Apecchio, Urbania and Sant'Angelo in Vado. You can easily visit Urbino, Gubbio, Assisi and Perugia. In addition, you can go mountain biking or hiking in the mountains.
Apartment Rosa Gialla is located in the rustic house 100 m from the pool. It has 2 separate bedrooms and the double sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 children or 1 adult. On arrival you will receive a bottle of wine. In summer, a free tasting is organized every week in the main house.
The property is reached via a dirt road of about 4 km.

Un peu trop petit pour 5 personnes. Salon (1 siège) et cuisine ensemble dans une seule pièce. Aussi trop peu de sièges. Pour ce montant, cela aurait pu être un peu plus.

A notre arrivée, nous avons reçu une très courte introduction. Pas de visite de la maison, ni d'explication du fonctionnement de la maison. La maison était simple, pas complètement propre à l'arrivée. Mais vous pouvez faire de bons progrès pendant une semaine. Le jardin n'avait pas d'ombre. Il n'y avait qu'un petit parapluie. Ce n'était pas assez pour la journée, il n'y avait souvent pas de WiFi et même pas de portée. Ce qui est très énervant pour les adolescents: la région est très agréable et très bonne!

Le chalet a été appelé à juste titre un chalet, elle était très petite. Mais non seulement petite, également très limité et il y a beaucoup de mal avec. Le réfrigérateur a été brisé, tout a gelé à la place que le refroidissement a eu lieu. La salle de bain était mal nettoyée, il y avait des quantités limitées disponibles pour la cuisine, les choses dans la cour visibilité limitée à 5 patinée chaises et table en plastique (qui afgaven vert quand ils étaient mouillés), il n'y avait aucun signe bbq. Les lits étaient branlants et ont fait beaucoup de bruit et le téléviseur stuk.Op a été le site n'a pas pu trouver un réseau mobile et un réseau wifi branlante à un endroit particulier sur la propriété. Le propriétaire de la propriété était donc pas facile à bereiken.Kortom, il était assez décevant.

sur celle-ci une plainte de téléphone est bien traité par sujet Voyage et plus tard, car il y a quelques choses assisté à des problèmes avec la plomberie, a envoyé un e-mail supplémentaire.
