Belle maison entièrement meublée dans un cadre très agréable, calme et rural. Le terrain est très spacieux. Les clients peuvent utiliser le potager et faire cuire leur propre pizza dans le four à pizza à côté de la maison. Ceux qui aiment la paix et la tranquillité s’amuseront certainement ici: il y a beaucoup à voir et à faire dans les environs, bien que vous ayez toujours besoin de vous y rendre en voiture. La côte Adriatique est à environ 45 minutes. Monte Conero et ses villages côtiers Porto Novo, Sirolo et Numana sont fortement recommandés.Le propriétaire parle anglais, mais laisse la maintenance et les questions pratiques à sa gouvernante Franco, qui ne parle que l'italien, ce qui rend la communication difficile.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet établissement. La réception a été très chaleureux, y compris une friandise de l'hôtesse. Le gestionnaire ne parle que l'italien, nous ne sommes pas ... La villa est très bon goût, avec une attention aux détails, entièrement meublés et voorzien.Rondom la maison tout est parfaitement entretenu. Il y a beaucoup d'intimité. Le grand jardin, piscine, jardin potager, il n'y a rien à critiquer! Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à Le Marche.
