This restored holiday home in Piazze with 6 bedrooms accommodates a group of 11 or families with children. It features a private swimming pool and air conditioning.
The place offers you many attractions. The thermal baths of San Casciano dei Bagni at 6 km, the picturesque village Cetona at 10 km and the Etruscan town of Chiusi at 15 km are worth a visit. Lake Trasimeno at 30 km is ideal for a swim. There is a tennis court and horse riding at 7 km and a supermarket and restaurant at 800 m.
The air conditioning gives a relaxing atmosphere inside. The living room is perfect to lounge with a warm fireplace. The balcony on the first floor gives magnificent views. The kids are provided with a cot and high chair for a small fee. The terrace and garden is relaxing with a barbecue.
Train station is at 15 km and motorway is at 16 km.

Belle maison ancienne, tout ce dont vous avez besoin est présent, femme de ménage sympathique. Le samedi, la maison était nettoyée et nous avons eu des draps propres (nous étions là pour 2 semaines). La gouvernante venait tous les jours arroser les plantes, le temps en consultation, vraiment sympa. Belle vue, beau ciel étoilé (apportez des jumelles ou télescope). Bien souffert des moustiques. L'allée de la route de terre à la maison était très raide, et le chemin de terre est plus facile à prendre de haut en bas. Nous sommes arrivés très tôt à 15h00, personne n'était encore là, et l'agence italienne n'a pas répondu. Le «voisin» nous a vus et a appelé la gouvernante, puis l'agence nous a rappelés. Elle était là après 10 minutes. Le toit nous a donné une heure d'ombre en attendant. La femme de ménage ne parle pas anglais, donc c'est utile si vous parlez un mot d'italien, sinon Google translate est votre meilleur ami -). Dans le village, vous pouvez obtenir beaucoup de choses dans le magasin, et à Chiusi (20 minutes en voiture) il y a quelques grands supermarchés (par exemple Lidl). En train, vous êtes à Rome et à Florence en un peu plus d'une heure et demie. Nous avons passé des vacances fantastiques.
