Just 3 km from the sea and the beach, this is a 2-bedroom holiday home in Grosseto that invites you for a typical Tuscan holiday. You have access to a shared swimming pool, where you can enjoy with a small family or group of 4 friends.
The stay is surrounded by meadows and close to the beautiful Tuscan coast. Since this region dates from Etruscan times, you will find beautiful sites from ancient times everywhere. There is even an archaeological park called Park Roselle for better insight. When you wish to eat outside and want to fetch groceries on the way back, the restaurants and grocery stores are 2 km away. You can play tennis on the tennis court or beach volleyball by the sea at 3 km.
The holiday home is comfortable in all seasons as it is equipped with central heating and air conditioning. To relax outdoors for long hours, you have a private terrace with garden furniture. Before going to bed, you can watch movies or chit chat in the living room.

Arrivée était juste à la recherche maison était pour animaux de compagnie et sur la forme n'a pas été très claire le nom du parc. Mais trouvé et un accueil chaleureux à la réception. Situation de l'appartement était à l'arrière du parc. Piscine privée à partager avec vos voisins à distance de marche de l'appartement. Entouré de prairies et de belles vues sur les montagnes de votre lit. App. Puits soignées douche Regarda n'a pas été nettoyée après avoir signalé immédiatement dissous. Vous pouvez être bon pour le chien et le fonctionnement.

Magnifique emplacement dans la partie moins touristique de la Toscane. En voiture en quelques minutes de la mer. L'appartement fait partie de l'un des complexes de la succession. Nous nous sommes assis à Livia Il Pozzino mais est juste un peu plus loin. Belvilla alors réservez non seulement Il Pozzino ce qu'ils peuvent suggérer au site. C'est un peu plus lointain et Si plus silencieux. Lorsque Livia est aussi un restaurant qui est raisonnable, particulièrement facile qu'il est sur les lieux. Belle piscine pour les enfants et aussi un bel appartement meublé avec des chambres spacieuses et la climatisation. Grand supermarché, ouvert min par jour 5. Idéal! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour.

Top appartement, propre, spacieuse avec une bonne climatisation. Dans belle omgeving.Vriendelijke rural et accueil chaleureux de la piscine avec beaucoup receptie.Prachtig ligstoelen.Winkels une courte distance. "N must !!
