Stay in this spacious, characteristic holiday home with private pool. It has a fine location, near Pézenas and 30 minutes from the sea, in the Hérault. After a beautiful renovation, it serves today as a holiday home.
The residence is located in the heart of a small village in the Hérault, 13 km from the historic village of Pézenas. It is surrounded by vineyards, garrigue (characteristic of the area) and pine trees. The property is just 27 km from the beautiful village of St Guilhem le Désert, and also very close to the Gorges du Gardon. Mediterranean beaches are just 30 km away, at Cap d'Agde and Marseillan.
The owner of this family house, which was once part of a wine estate, has lovingly renovated the building and transformed it into a bright, spacious and luxurious holiday home. It is tastefully and traditionally decorated with lots of stone and wood. Moreover, it offers breathtaking views of nature, especially from the large roof terrace. During the warmer months, you can enjoy the lovely swimming pool, or a good book in the shade of the large covered terrace.
Beach towels are not included
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Nous avons toute la famille (12 personnes) deux semaines vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cette belle villa spacieuse! Nos attentes déjà élevées sur la base des images s été surpassés sur le site. Nous avons été accueillis par le propriétaire attentif qui a également fourni les informations nécessaires sur la région. La maison bien équipée est située dans un petit village, entouré des vignes. les plages de Marseillan-plage et Cap d'Agde sont à moins de 40 minutes, ce qui était pas un problème pour nous. Il y a de beaux voyages dans le quartier, mais la belle piscine et la grande terrasse est aussi très bien rester. la maison confortable est décorée avec goût avec une attention aux détails et l'équipement de la cuisine était très complet. le seul commentaire que nous pouvons faire est que, dans cette période chaude « la nuit il faisait très chaud dans la maison. Il est donc important de suivre les instructions sur la fermeture des portes et fenêtres lorsque le soleil est à la maison, sur la piste. Par ailleurs, un excellent séjour! Je le recommande vivement, que nous aimons revenir à nouveau!
