This 3-bedroom holiday home in Stavelot in the Belgian Ardennes invites a family of 8 members or two smaller families holidaying together. On the terrace, you can stretch out on the sun loungers or have a meal on the garden bench.
This residence is at a short distance of 500 m from the town center and along the road leading to the Spa - Francorchamps race circuit. It is a very good starting point to discover the region. Many walking, hiking, and biking routes in the area await you. Horse riding is also possible nearby. Restaurants are at 500 m only. The town of Spa, known for its thermal baths, is 5 km away.
In the living room, you have a wood-stove to warm you up in winter while you have conversations, read a book, or watch TV. You can prepare meals of your choice in the kitchen and enjoy them together.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Légèrement moins noté sur l'hygiène. Les casseroles étaient très vieilles et sales. La coutellerie pourrait également être meilleure. Surtout les meubles de cuisine étaient décevants. La salle de bain et la maison étaient en ordre.

L'arrivée était un peu primitive, l'accueil tard dans la soirée très chaleureux, c'est une belle maison avec toutes les commodités. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Une courte promenade au village est une affaire sportive (13% de descente juste au coin de la rue), mais il y a beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire dans la région.

La première impression du chalet était bien. Confortable et entièrement meublé. Il est situé sur une route très fréquentée.

Emplacement idéal, près du centre de Stavelot, près de Coo. Propriétaires très sympathiques qui vivent à côté du chalet. Nous étions autorisés à regarder leurs chevaux et leurs chèvres avec nos enfants. La terrasse n'est accessible que par la rue, ce qui est un inconvénient.

Si vous étés intéressés par une activité avec les chevaux,il faut prendre contact rapidement avec le propriétaire. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de cette activité pcq'ils étaient parti avec les chevaux en de.
