Restaurants serving local cuisine are at 5 km. The town centre and supermarkets rest at 8 km if you wish to go for a shopping stroll. There is a lake at 10 km for a plesant day out.
The holiday home comes with a private fenced garden to relax and linger in the fresh air. There is an outdoor kitchen for the lovers of al-fresco dining. You have a private terrace with a barbecue to enjoy the evenings. A pet can accompany you on holiday. Parking is available.

Le logement était super! Belle maison spacieuse avec piscine magnifique. Bel Italien qui a essayé de nous expliquer quelque chose mais ne parle malheureusement pas un mot d'anglais, alors mettez un point d'attention ou A4 en anglais. Plus un signe pour la route où se trouve la bellevila car la dernière route est difficile à trouver

La villa est magnifiquement située dans une zone rurale. Environnement agréable avec des villages et la belle ville de Penne. La belle chaîne de montagnes du Gran Sasso est à une heure et demie. Logement pas très luxueux (sauf le salon piscine et barbecue) mais sinon de bonnes installations, assez de place pour 6-7 personnes. L'inconvénient est la présence d'insectes (en particulier les moustiques et les guêpes), ce qui est très naturel en milieu rural et l'absence de climatisation (il y avait des ventilateurs dans la maison). Tous les problèmes / défauts ont été résolus rapidement après notification, administrateurs sympathiques.Wel recommandé pour des vacances en famille!
