From the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the rocky coast that extends to the natural reserve 'Riserva dello Zingaro', where you can take very nice walks in the unspoiled nature. Only about 2 km away is the tourist town of San Vito Lo Capo. Air conditioning in the living area and in one of the bedrooms. San Vito Lo Capo is one of the largest climbing areas in southern Italy. The great walls of Monte Monaco and Monte Cofano have always attracted climbers from all over Europe, thanks to their beautiful cliffs equipped for sport climbing.
