1 km outside Monte San Savino is this semi-detached house. The second floor with the bedrooms and second bathroom (tub) can be reached from the living room, but also via a stone outdoor staircase that leads to the small loggia. To the house belongs an open natural plot with garden sitting area, bbq, deck chairs and outdoor shower. You can also easily walk to the nice town of Monte San Savino, where you will find bars, good restaurants and gelaterias. Monte San Savino has a rich offer of cultural events in summer, especially concerts in the rose garden; Wednesdays there is colorful life in the market. Arezzo (20km), Cortona 30km, Siena 50km and Florence 80km. To the warm thermal baths of Rapolano Terme it is about 25km.
