You can break the quiet seclusion with a thalassotherapy, a trip to Quimper, famous for its porcelain manufactory, or to the golf course, 15 km away. Pont l'Abbé is the capital of the Bigouden country, which owes its name to the costume of the local women (pointed hoods).
