Centrally located vacation home in supervised and gated complex. The fantastic pool area has a handicapped accessible entrance, as well as a separate children's pool. A lifeguard is available all day until September 25 each year. For lots of recreational fun, there is a tennis court, volleyball court and children's playground. The beautiful house is especially suitable for wintering due to its ideal southern exposure. On foot or by bike you can easily reach all shopping facilities, bars and restaurants.
