Independent part of a modern two-family house in the popular seaside resort of Porto Palo, a picturesque old fishing village, located on a hill with beautiful views over the sea. In front of the accommodation a large private garden, fenced and equipped. Outdoor area with manicured lawn, olive trees, citrus trees, a well-equipped area with barbecue and a beautiful private and lighted pool (depth: 1.00-1.60 m). The kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and ice maker. Covered parking. Very nice free and equipped sandy beaches in Porto Palo. Close to the nature reserve of the Belice estuary with many coves, small and pristine rocky and sandy beaches. The sea is about 500 m away as the crow flies and 1.3 km by car. Porto Palo offers stores of all kinds, restaurants, pubs; bars, cafes and ice cream parlors on the beach and tourist port. 6 km from Menfi (stores of all kinds); 20 km the temples of Selinunte; about 40 minutes by car from Agrigento, about 90 km from the airports of Palermo and Trapani.
