Apartment in a rustic two-family stone house of the 19th century with a small above-ground pool in the picturesque village of Casoli, the so-called land of graffiti, in the green hills of Camaiore. The accommodation is spread over 2 floors: ground floor with kitchen, living room and bathroom; first floor with 2 bedrooms (one of which is a connecting room). The sloping, terraced property (not fenced) is equipped for outdoor dining. The surrounding area offers numerous hiking trails. The prehistoric Grotta all'Onda cave in Casoli is approx. 1 hour's walk through the forest. Not far away are the beaches of Lido di Camaiore (16 km), Viareggio (23 km) and the fashionable seaside resort of Forte dei Marmi (23 km), Carrara with its rich marble deposits (53 km), Pietrasanta - the so-called "little Athens" (18 km). 42 km Pisa with the famous Leaning Tower, 39 km the beautiful city of Lucca surrounded by its medieval walls, 115 km Florence, the city of art par excellence, the cradle of the Renaissance. For children: the Pinocchio Park in Collodi is about 60 km away. In summer, ferries depart from Viareggio to the Cinque Terre area. Access to the house only on foot downhill via a path of 300 metres.
