This charming holiday apartment is located in a residential building in Grottammare.

The apartment is located in a street and close to a car park. Access to the apartment is via a small external staircase. Grottamare is also known as the pearl of the Adriatic and is located in the centre of the Riviera Picena delle Palme, in the Marche region. There are palm trees, orange groves, pine forests and oleanders: the greenery and the scent of nature come together and accompany you on long walks along the shore. The fine sandy beach and shallow access to the sea are ideal for a family beach holiday with children.
