From the large living room, which consists of two rooms separated by an arch, you can access a beautiful covered portico (50 sqm). Here you will also find a table and chairs, making it ideal for your outdoor meals. The inviting pool is surrounded by a lawn. Perhaps you feel like a stroll in one of these beautiful small towns: Bastardo is only 5 km away, Todi 15 km, the wonderful cities of Assisi and Spoleto are 40 km away and the characteristic Perugia 45 km.
